Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 pa
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent, Full Time    
Hours: 40 hours per week, shift patterns including weekend work  
 
COMPANY
An exciting opportunity to work for an established and growing SME based in Borehamwood. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Team Leader to join and support their small Customer Services department.
 
The successful candidate will have proven experience working within Customer Services as a Team Leader, be enthusiastic, positive and have excellent leadership skills.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Experience within a Team Leader role.
·Experience within Customer Services or a Call Centre role.
·Confident and personable.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Leadership skills.
·Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Oversee daily running of the Customer Service department, supporting the customer service manager.
·Managing the teams annual leave, weekly shift rotas and staffing levels.
·Lead and motivate the team to ensure KPI's are achieved.
·Address any queries with the Team and escalate to the line manager.
·Resolve any escalated customer complaints and see through to resolution.
·Holding 1-2-1 meetings with staff members, and ensure their performance is meeting company standard, addressing any performance related issues when needed.
·Support the Customer Service Manager with reporting and implementation of processes.
·Provide support with bookings and customer queries in busy periods.
