Salary: 40,000 = Bonus OTE 45,000

Based in Braintree the working hours for this role are 2.30pm to 10.30pm due to all clients that you will be supporting based in the US. This is an office-based role and will not suit anyone looking for hybrid opportunities.

The Role;

Our client a leading manufacturer in their field, is expanding sales further into the US Market and is seeking two Sales Account Managers to join their growing team.

As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of US based customers and be responsible for growing profit my client makes out of an established bank of repeat business. You will support senior sales managers with day-to-day sales activity ensuring each client receives a bespoke approach to their needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for account management, maintaining and growing profit and must hold the ability to problem solve whilst managing the expectations of their client's account. This includes building relationships and seeking ways to develop accounts with each customer to ensure overall objectives and set budgets are met.

Essential Skills;

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Day to day management and relationship building of US customer accounts
  • Develop sales opportunities through repeat business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Enjoy exhibitions / travel.
  • Support senior sales management teams

Experience required:

  • Experience of a similar Account Management role would be advantageous.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills.
