Retail Sales Advisor | 25,000 - 28,000 | Nottingham City Centre
09:30 - 17:30 Full time hours - Monday to Friday with occasional weekends 

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor for a luxury goods retailer based in the heart of Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and established Customer Advisor that will join a busy retail customer service team who provide a high class  retail service.

What we are looking for:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a high end retailer (ESSENTIAL)
- A passion for Customer Service and can delivery a high standard of product knowledge whilst also being team player
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and brand
- Exceptional creativity and willingness to learn


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a professional and quality retail service to existing and potential customers, whether online, by telephone, or in person, which is also on an appointment only basis
- Identify and create sales opportunities in all customer interactions
- Assist customers to visualise and identify potential products; by understanding their needs and using in-depth knowledge of the company ranges
- Support the business in its showroom operations as the key point of contact for customers
- Process customer orders, deal with deliveries and stock and ensure customer satisfaction throughout
