We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Ensure inbound and outbound calls are handled efficiently and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Identify customers needs, research every issue and help provide appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be able to navigate inhouse CRM systems effectively

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills - using MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
