I'm on the hunt for a proactive individual who can spearhead exceptional customer service initiatives, ensuring that orders are processed promptly and accurately while also optimising their operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

As the Customer Service Manager, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to allocating workloads to your team, resolving customer queries, and meticulously maintaining our customer databases to ensure smooth operations. Your role will also involve liaising with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Laboratory to address any issues promptly and ensure seamless communication across the board.
