We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Macclesfield As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have strong communication skills.

Hours: 8am until 5pm - Monday to Thursday, 8am until 1:45pm - Friday.

Duties:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving any customer feedback, particularly if an issue needs quick resolution
  • Knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Provide a point of contact / link between customer and production
  • Register sales orders on Sage
  • Offer quotes to customers
  • Update daily log - notify customers of shipping details
  • Support commercial team with sample requests / quotes / production etc
  • All other reasonable duties as may be assigned
  • This is a full time, office based role, working within a small dynamic team
  • Knowledge and Experience

Other duties:

  • Experience within the business or other suitable customer service roles
  • Efficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of Sage 50 is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship building, negotiating and administration skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
  • Knowledge and interest in sports apparel
  • Exercises personal professionalism and sense of accountability
  • Thrives on working within team-based environment
  • Highly organised
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment under short deadlines

Immediate start is available.

Permanent role, directly with client.
