Salary: £23k-£25k DOE
Location: Office based in Crawley, free parking on site.
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator duties:
- Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner via email, and phone
- Booking appointments
- Renewing existing contracts
- Be the first point of contact for any queries
The ideal Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator will have:
- Experience answering calls with a friendly & polite manner
- High attention to detail
- Keeping the database up to date
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
