Description

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining customer accounts and records with utmost accuracy
  • Providing regular updates to customers about their order status
  • Identifying opportunities for improving customer experience
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Participating in team meetings and training
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
