Temporary Customer Service Assistant - Cambridge, CB1

£12.00ph - Full time - Monday to Friday - Occasional weekends required

Ritz Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a temporary Customer Service Assistant/Reception to work with our successful accommodation client based in Cambridge.

They thrive to provide amazing experiences across their whole community board by investing in their staff, residents, facilities and brand. They aim to grow, improve and provide safe, fun places to live and work for their students.

Day to day duties:

  • To manage all general student related queries including responding to letters and emails.
  • To oversee rent collection and ensure payments are made on time.
  • Provide front of house assistance and keep the office area presentable at all times.
  • Support the managers and other colleagues with all requests.
  • Coordinate all communication with residents where needed.
  • Manage, improve and update the office information systems.
  • Accepting all post, parcels and deliveries for students and delivering them.
  • Allocating key cards to new arrivals.

The ideal candidate:

  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Ideally Student Accommodation or Hospitality experience.
  • Responsive to all queries.
  • Enthusiastic and helpful.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
