Customer Service Advisor


CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Being point of contact to meet communication needs of key international customers
  • Managing and taking ownership of cases throughout their lifecycle and through to completion.
  • Ensuring cases are restored for service within SLA.
  • Being central point of contact between international customers and suppliers.
  • Booking of engineering resources
  • Raising of accurate escalations in a timely manner.
  • Booking of preventative maintenance visits



The Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Administration and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take responsibility

Shifts currently alternating weekly between 7am - 4pm and 10am - 7pm
