Customer Service Associate

Offering £25,000 per annum

Location: Selkirk, TD7

This will be a Hybrid position and you will be required to attend the office on an ad-hoc basis (1-2 times per month). Due to this, the client requires you to be within a 60-90 minute commute from Selkirk.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in high-volume customer service.
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Proficiency in data entry and retrieval software.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
