Customer Service Advisor 

Chessington, Surrey
 
Salary of £25,000 – £27,000 per annum.

Hours: 9-5pm Office based with parking. 

Our client is a leading company in sales, marketing, and distribution to the UK food services industry.

Main responsibilities

  • Processing sales and sample orders on the Access (ERP) system
  • Answer customer queries in a timely manner related to items such as: Stock Levels, Price, Delivery and Lead times. 
  • Booking deliveries with customer warehouses.
  • Arrange and prepare relevant documentation for transportation of goods with relevant carriers.
  • Support field-based sales team.
  • Liaise with other departments to fulfil customer requirements.
  • General ad hoc administration and filing.

Essential Candidate experience/skills

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer services background
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • Proactive ‘Can Do’ approach.
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Team player

Location

The office is located in Chessington, Surrey and is accessible by car, K2 Bus route and Tolworth train station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk.
