CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.30 - 16.30

£11.44 PER HOUR

Our client based in Sutton Coldfield are seeking two Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team.

Day to Day Duties

  • Dealing with Customer queries over the phone and email
  • Dealing with internal depts
  • Updating the database
  • Making outbound calls to customers

Essential Skills

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience gained within an office or call centre environment is essential
  • Ability to start work with immediate effect

Desirable Experience

Previous experience using AI.

Training

Training provided but previous customer service experience is essential.
