We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team Our client, a fabulous fashion organisation are seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquires and queries.

Duties include but are not limited to -

  • Placing telephone mail orders for customers
  • Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
  • Looking up stock for customer requests
  • Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
  • Knowledge of all product lines

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS

  • Monday - Friday and 1 in every three weekends
  • MONDAY AND FRIDAY REMOTE
  • WEEKEND REMOTE
  • Shifts ranging between 7:30am - 9:30 pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 3 month CONTRACT
  • South East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE
