Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a multinational business specialising in the design, manufacture and marketing of advanced technology solutions. Their UK Head Office is based in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol and they are the UK market leader in their field, serving 180 distributors across the UK & Ireland delivering solutions for the workplace, hotels, restaurants and catering.
Description
Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include, but are not limited to;
- Corresponding with customers by telephone and email
- Inputting orders onto our business system
- Monitoring orders from start to finish to ensure timely delivery, despatch and payment
- Verifying fulfilment provisions
- Processing credits
- Booking transport for despatch
- Maintenance of client databases
Profile
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Customer Service knowledge and experience (essential)
- IT skills
- Experience of sales processes (desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills
- A focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Highly organised and process focused
- Ability to manage demands from multi departments
- Ability to build good working relationships
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work in a high paced environment

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
