Adecco have a great opportunity for a candidate looking for work over the summer period. You would be working with a busy production company during their really busy peak period so this is a great opportunity to gain work experience within a global business.

The role would start at the beginning of July and training for the first month would be 25 hours per week, this is across 5 days, ideally you would work 5 hours from 8 or 9am each day.
During the peak season (August through to end of Sepetmber) you would work full time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours are between 8am - 5pm.
The role is office based during training and may have the possibility on an occasional hybrid day subject to workload over the summer.
No holiday can be authorised during the peak season (July onwards) as this is the busiest time.
The Role:
You would be handling all administration of customer master data e.g., creation of new shipping accounts and amendments to existing customer accounts for deliveries
Data entry of all orders and new client account details
Taking calls from clients and delivery agents, you would mainly be taking messages and passing onto appropriate team members
General administrative assistance for UK customer services team as required and dependent on workload
Systems used include SAP (experience a hug advantage however not essential) Outlook and Teams
Person Specification:
The client would love to have a good team player who can show initiative and be able to work independently. Someone who can pick up ad-hoc tasks on request and is computer literate. Flexible with working hours and ideally have the ability to work more hours through August/September if required.
