Location - Ramsgate, Kent

Salary - £13.27 Per Hour

Hours - Full-Time

Do you have previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role?

We have a great opportunity in Ramsgate for a Customer Service Administrator to work for one of our clients on a temp-perm basis to start as soon as possible.

Due to our client's location, you must be able to drive and have access to your transport.

For the first few weeks, you will be working Monday-Friday for training. Once trained, you will work Friday - Tuesday. You will get the time and a half (£19.91 per hour) for Sundays. When you work the weekends, you will be able to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Reconciliation
  • Dealing with returns and refunds
  • Working as a team to ensure customers are happy
  • Answering queries relating to orders and products including checking tracking on various channels
  • Dealing with difficult issues and complaints in a professional, accommodating and helpful manner
  • Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience:

  • Computer-literate
  • Target-driven
  • Ability to work under pressure in a lively environment, quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
