Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Customer Sales Support Executive on behalf of client based in Luton, Beds.

Working as part of a lively Customer Service Team, you will be providing customer service and sales support to internal and external customers.

Duties to include:

  • Cold/warm calling existing customers, arranging meetings for the business development manager, and follow call after meetings
  • Quote chasing support
  • Dealing with daily requests regarding quote calls, queries and general customer service advisory calls
  • Creating specific quotations using CRM system SAP
  • Achievement of custoner service KPI's
  • Keeping up to date with all product knowledge
  • All other related tasks as required

  • Must be positive, out-going and enthusiastic!
  • Enjoy working as part of a lively, fun team
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Ambitious, self confident and keen to progress 

Monday to Friday role 8.30 am to 5 pm

Salary: £23.900 pa rising to £25,500 pa after successful 6 month probation + excellent benefits package
