As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be part of a fun and dynamic team, where building rapport with customers is key to success.

Day to day of the role:

• Setting quality appointments for field engineers.

• Handling inbound calls and employing cross/up-selling techniques for services/products.

• Collaborating with the field sales team to maximise opportunities.

• Processing customer orders efficiently.

• Engaging in outbound activities to warm leads, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

• Contributing to a team-oriented environment that values excellent customer service and sales achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail, with a desire to develop a career in sales.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

• A proactive approach to sales, with a willingness to engage in both inbound and outbound activities.

• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic sales environment.

• Motivated by targets and driven to exceed expectations.
