A brilliant opportunity is available for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a leading supplier of self storage based at the Millbrook site.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota - Mon-Fri 08.30-18.00, Sat 08.30-17.00 and Sun 10.00-16.00.

The salary is £25,500.

Please note the interview will include a numerical and literacy test which requires 75% to pass.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure customers receive a high level of service and also achieving a high level of sales for the company.

Main Duties:

  • Deal with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers
  • Maximise sales enquiries
  • Complete administration tasks to ensure compliance
  • Respond effectively to the needs of each customer
  • Taking customer payments

Full training will be given on all aspects of this role.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
