Position: Customer Relationship Account Manager
Location: Manchester, on-site
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

I am currently partnered with a Managed Services Provider based in Manchester who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to work alongside the Head of Account Management.

Your role will solely focus on building and maintaining strong relationships, being the main point of contact for your assigned clients as well as running reports and gathering data.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to step into an account manager position where they can develop their skills, learn the industry and want to be in a role where building strong relationships is key.

What you will be doing day to day:
?Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customers
?Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with client accounts
?Ensure timely delivery of requested products and services to clients
?Predict and monitor client account metrics
?Conduct regular TBRs (Technology Business Reviews) and Account Reviews as per customer requirements
?Handle incoming phone calls from assigned accounts
?Assist in gathering initial information from new inquiries
?Provide administrative support for account managers
?Conduct regular touch points and account reviews with qualifying customers
?Utilize HubSpot to log all interactions with assigned customers
?Generate other reports as needed on a routine basis

What are we looking for:
?Experience with either Hubspot or Zomentum is advantageous
?Great communicator
?Previous experience working in a similar position where you managed accounts and customers
?Previous experience working for an MSP or other IT related business
?Enthusiasm, drive and willingness to learn
?Full UK drivers license
