About the role

Working Mon – Fri, we are seeking a strong leader, capable of stakeholder management, with a strong background in research and insight, to deliver innovative value-added analysis. It is imperative you are someone that is proactive and passionate about insights, customer data and breaking down numbers to drive this forward, through comprehensive research projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering innovative value adding analysis and insights
  • Support the Head of Customer Insight with development & training for the Customer Insight Specialists
  • Delivering an exceptionally high level of objective insights-based advice based on analytics to guide account strategies and tactics
  • Responsible for clearly communicating latest insight and analytics outputs to all levels of the organisation.
  • Capability to deliver intuitive and visually appealing reports that reflect stakeholder requirements and provide high business value
  • Automation of data sources to ensure timely and accurate reporting using Power BI, Google Analytics & Excel
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you will become the go to expert regarding Analytics & Insights, providing both insight into current performance and making recommendations on how to improve future performance
  • Support wider marketing team and provide local marketing support where necessary for the marketing functional heads

About you

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a position requiring 5+ years of extensive experience in analytics, insight, and market research. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in data prep and blending tools, along with expertise in data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics, is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and project management expertise. Thorough knowledge of research principles and procedures is essential, coupled with hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Analytics. An interest in staying abreast of Marketing Trends is a plus.
