I’m looking for a Customer Care Coordinator on behalf of an award-winning house builder in their Berkshire based office.

Ideally, you’ll have a background in New Homes with the ability to cope with a demanding workload, someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment. Alternatively, you might be working in a property repairs environment and be interested in getting into the New Homes sector.

As a New Homes Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be dealing homeowners who have defects that occur during the post completion, 2-year warranty period. Whether you have sector experience or not, most importantly, you’ll be passionate about delivering a first-class service to customers, putting the 'care’ in customer care, and able to manage the Homeowners expectations effectively.

You’ll be working with supportive people and a very experience team who will support you in getting up to speed as quickly as possible and a house builder who offer on-going training to help further your career aspirations.
