Our client is a well know and established business in Derby who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small customer service team. They may be a small team but they look after their huge existing customer base with all operational aspects of the customer relationship offering the best service. This team is responsible for processing all the queries and liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth information flow and high standards.

The Customer Service Administrators day to day duties include:-

Monitoring and customer claims or queries and ensuring that you follow the issue right through to resolution.

Following the order processing in the inhouse system: outbound delivery , invoicing and liaise with other departments to ensure that there is perfect management of the order process right from order received to delivery onsite to the customer.

Follow up sales data and implement all necessary actions to reach division target.

Maintain a good working knowledge of sales administration SAP operations and support implementation of process improvements in the system.

Ensure you engage and inspire the team to provide superior Customer Service

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills and experience:-
Customer Service
PC Literate
Good communication skills via phone, face to face and email
Scheduling and organisational skills
