We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Account Advisor to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing accounts, and supporting the smooth running of business operations.

Description

  • Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring all details are up to date
  • Handle customer queries and issues, providing high-quality service
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth business operations
  • Support in creating and implementing customer service policies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide reports on account activities to management
  • Support other customer service activities as required
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Profile

A successful Customer Account Advisor should have:

  • Strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach and customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and customer service software
