CSA Construction Site Manager

We're looking for a CSA Construction Site Manager to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre projects across Europe, this role is specifically supporting Data Centre work based in Sweden.

This role is paying anywhere up to €100K depending on your experience. You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis with additional benefits covering your pension, solo occupancy accommodation, generous weekly site allowance and much more…

You must have experience with managing co-ordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, leading large teams and supporting the CSA team in ensuring the project requirements are met accordingly and with all technical aspects being complete. Planning and monitoring the procurement, design, engineering and installation aspects for all CSA functions of the business, managing daily H&S requirements and much more…

• Must have previous Construction Site Manager experience and industry experience in managerial type role.
• Must have an EU passport due to this work being in Sweden.
• Must have a degree relating to construction or similar.
• Ideally looking for someone with experience within Data Centres as the client is a specialist in this industry. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
• A track record of managerial/leadership roles.
• A positive mindset to be able to support ongoing team projects and keep morale high.
