We’re on the lookout for a proven CRM Executive to join an incredible business going from strength to strength!

The successful candidate must have a proactive approach, they will be passionate about all things data and they will have proven experience within CRM and email, preferably within B2C. This role is about delivering the best, high quality, personalised CRM campaigns across SMS, email, in-app and push.

This business have a fantastic reputation within the industry and they want someone who can execute and drive the CRM campaigns to improve the journey further!

CRM Executive - Requirements & Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE CRM EXPERIENCE
• B2C experience required
• Prior experience with CRMs
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Proficient in copy writing and email production
• Will utilise data in order to implement re-engagement
• Delivering the best, high quality, personalised CRM campaigns across SMS, email, in-app and push.
• You will be in a business development or client facing operational role
• Managing communications and newsletters supporting the wider marketing plans across the business
• Supporting the global team optimising B2C programmes
• Must have HTML experience
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience using GSuite would be advantageous
