We're on the lookout for a CRM Operations Executive (3-month fixed term position) on behalf of one of our Innovative Loyalty Market Clients to team up with their CRM Ops Manager and rev up their retention delivery. In this hands on role, you'll ensure sure their CRM program runs like a well-oiled machine-building, setting up, and double-checking campaigns and programs.

Role Details:

  • Support the CRM Manager in boosting their retention and loyalty efforts, ensuring key personalisation and data-led targeting of automated messaging.
  • Build and delivery of their everyday campaigns via email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and various other digital channels, all aimed at hitting those measurable goals.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work-making sure they cover all bases with End-to-End testing across their communication channels.
  • Support in planning and performing A/B tests to figure out what tweaks can amp up their conversion rates and give their campaigns the most optimal ROI.
  • Lead the charge in making operations smoother by refining processes and leading on communication best practices.

Key Skills Required:

  • Hold min 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms in a previous customer-facing role.
  • Braze experience is highly preferrable but also open to similar alternatives.
  • Confident in diving into data analysis tasks.
  • You're game to dive into whatever it takes to manage campaigns like a boss.
  • Strong ability to priorities and managing projects.
  • Attention to detail is your middle name, especially when it comes to setting up campaigns.
