CRM Content Manager - Contract

£275- 300 per day

London (3 days per week)

An online retailer are seeking a CRM Content Manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract. This is a really exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest names in ecommerce and make a signficiant impact within their CRM team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of daily CRM campaign planning, focusing on achieving customer and channel targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM Manager to devise content initiatives and strategies aimed at retaining and reactivating customer base.
  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive email and push campaigns from start to finish, including trade, automation, and transactional campaigns.
  • Manage all campaign stages
  • Streamline planning and production processes in collaboration with the production team lead, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Foster relationships with external production partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign deployment.
  • Work closely with the Martech department to align the Martech stack with CRM needs, contributing to the technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within fashion, ecommerce or retail
  • Extensive experience in Email and Push Channels, with a particular focus on audience segmentation and personalisation strategies.
  • Previous experience using Trello
  • Experience utilising Google Analytics or Tableau for campaign performance analysis and optimisation.
