Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Our business continues to go from strength-to-strength, and we are delighted to be expanding our team. We have exciting opportunities for experienced litigation professionals to join us and work with our high-quality caseload, helping us build on our recent success.

Our Litigation Executives make a real difference to both clients and colleagues:

As a senior member of the team independently managing your own cases, you will be in prime position to ensure a great outcome for your clients, guiding them through the litigation process, representing them in hearings and maximising outcomes through advocacy. We will also look to you to share your knowledge, acting as a mentor and supporting the development of less experienced peers.

About you

  • You’re looking for an opportunity to shape and implement litigation strategy on cases as they progress.
  • You’re passionate about client care.
  • You thrive on negotiation with third party representatives and are motivated by extracting the best possible offer for clients.
  • You have a great understanding of court processes and a successful track record of negotiating positive outcomes.
  • You will ideally have detailed knowledge of credit hire and motor claims litigation.
  • You’re experienced in telephone hearings/hearings and/or advocacy techniques
