Job Role;Credit Control Team Leader

With our Client based in the heart of Manchester we are looking to appoint a Credit Control Team Leader.

Established for over 50 years our Client is well trusted Investment and Treasury Group who now need to appoint a Credit Control Team Leader.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;

  • Basic Salary of £32,000
  • Annual Performance Related Bonus and Salary Review
  • Hybrid Working - 3 days Office / 2 days Home
  • Pension
  • Healthcare
  • 25 days Holidays AND Bank Holidays
  • Standard Hours are 9.00 am - 5.30 pm - the start and end time can be discussed

THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;

Is to lead the Team - this will include strong day to day management of the Crredit Control Team

You will work to ensure that day to day tasks are carried out to agreed timings and plans - to be suited you will need to have;

  • Training / Development and Coaching experience
  • Set up and hold Team Meetings
  • Performance Reporting
  • Execute 1 - 2 - 1’s and Appraisals
  • Support the team across escalated Collections / Credit Control issues
  • Worjk closely with Internal Teams including Treasury
  • Work on Key Client Accounts for Credit Control - Query Management and Resolution
