Credit Control Team Leader | Hybrid Working | Central Manchester | £28,000 - £32,000

Castlefield Recruiytment are working with a leading organisation within the Property sector in order to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader on a permanent basis. Our client is offering excellent benefits and hybrid working up to 2 days per week from home

Key aspects of the role will be:

· Responsible forTraining, Developing and Coaching the Credit Control Team

· Perform regular 1-2-1s and Appraisals, working closely with the Credit Control Manager

· Responsible for monitoring and driving internal KPI’s

· Daily credit control duties – contacting clients by e-mail and telephone to chase outstanding payment

· Production of the weekly credit control report to be distributed to senior management

· Participation in the monthly credit control meeting

· Production and distribution of weekly and monthly sales invoices

· Investigating and resolving queries with sales invoices, such as chasing purchase orders, invoice addressing queries, shift queries

· Identifying correct lines of reporting and escalating queries to ensure swift resolution of client issues

· Requesting increased client credit limits where appropriate

Experience Required

· Prior experience in a Credit Control role would be preferred

· Prior staff development experience

· Confident at working with external portals and internal accounting software

· Good Excel skills
