Credit and Collections Manager FTC

Your new company
A large international professional services firm located in central Bristol is seeking a dedicated professional for a key role within their finance operations. This role offers the flexibility to work up to 4 days from home and is a 6-9 month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the Credit Control function, supporting the business in maximising cash collections through the implementation of standard processes appropriate to different types of debt. You will be the point of contact for senior stakeholders for any escalations and high-level cash collection/debt issues.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need over five years of experience in a professional services organisation, with a qualification equivalent to MCICM (Grad). You should be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and have high levels of numeracy and analytical skills. Experience of credit insurance and risk, significant experience of managing people, coaching, development and change management, and proven experience of setting strategic business plans are also required.
