CQC Registered Manager
We seek a CQC Registered Manager for a London-based care services provider in London.
Main Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the branch to ensure that it is efficient and provides the highest standard of care to all customers.
- Processing CQC registration for the branch and ensuring that it operates within CQC guidelines.
- Maintain and grow caregivers' numbers by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
- Regularly review the operation of the branch to ensure that all customer needs are met.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively within the branch.
- Support branch staff and caregivers with their training and development.
- Develop and implement care plans for customers, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Updating policies and procedures for the interest of everyone.
- Looking out for new updates in the healthcare business and making the workforce aware of new developments in the industry.
- Be responsible for staff training, re-training and support staff in self-development.
About You
- Fun, friendly personality with a can-do attitude.
- Level 5 NVQ in Management in care
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC guidance.
- Experience working within the care sector at the management level.
- Be ready to work with everyone involved in healthcare delivery for the growth of the company.
- You'll also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your vehicle.
