JOB TITLE: Costs Draftsman Consultant
Location: UK Wide, Remote working.

Fee Share: 70/30

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* Managing own active varied Caseload.
* Drafting Bills of Costs.
* Preparation of Bills for detailed Assessment
* Preparation of Costs Schedules for summary assessment
* Advising clients on costs matters,
* Points of Dispute
* Replied to points of dispute
* Negotiations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Between 3-8 year's costs experience
* Ability to demonstrate a high standard of drafting, and excellent written English.
* Qualified Costs Lawyer or equivalent.
* Track record of billing.
* Understanding of CPR and Case Law
* Advocacy experience beneficial.
