Our client, a leading Cosmetic Healthcare company in the UK, has an exciting opening for a Head of Customer Services. Located in the charming historic market town of Beverley, this award-winning facility partners with top Spa, Aesthetics, and hair brands worldwide.
Permanent position
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annual
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday
The role:
As the appointed ambassador, you’ll provide personalised, one-on-one service to meet each client’s unique needs. Your attention to detail and passion for supporting the spa owner, the team and Client/Guest areas, ensuring unrivalled and outstanding customer service, seamless operational running, and supporting the needs of the Members and Clients/Guests, will ensure the smooth operation of this exceptional establishment.
The role:
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations, from treatments to facility maintenance, ensuring the building meets expectations and remains presentable.
- Offer repeat bookings, product sales, and long-standing reservations to enhance both sales and service.
- Identify opportunities to increase client/guest loyalty whenever appropriate.
- Deliver service with a personal touch, adapting your approach to each individual client/guest.
- Understand treatment pricing and product knowledge.
- Process payments for purchases and vouchers.
- Maintain accurate client/guest records securely.
- Handle client/guest requests proactively, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with the spa owner to organise events.
- Provide excellent product knowledge to clients/guests, introducing them to the retail ranges.
- Regularly perform department maintenance checks.
- Assist with availability enquiries and follow up on provisionally held bookings.
- Respond to new enquiries promptly, ensuring all necessary information is communicated.
- Prepare event invoices and send them to clients/guests.
- Handle payments for event spaces and any additional services (catering, stock, etc).
- Gather information from clients to facilitate forthcoming bookings.
- Lead final event preparations for the current or following day.
- Ensure concise communication regarding catering and stock requirements.
- Compile delegate lists ahead of events.
- Arrange room/event areas and any necessary extras (catering, stock, etc).
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous Managerial experience
- Demonstrate professionalism and experience in face-to-face interactions is essential
- An individual who is attentive and ambitious
