Position Overview
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our corporate tax compliance and strategy. This includes preparing and reviewing tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while maximising tax efficiencies for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to develop and implement tax planning initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to assess potential impact on the company and recommend proactive strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters, including transfer pricing, credits, and incentives.
