The Role

This leading Top 50 UK firm, are seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Associate to join their L500 Ranked London Team.

Due to the nature of this role, they are seeking a sociable Associate who is happy to work in synergy with wider Corporate, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Employment Teams.

You will be adding value to an already experienced team, who can provide a range of interesting, complex matters across Transactional, Advisory and Structuring Corporate Tax.

This would involve playing an active role in:

• M&A
• Private Equity
• Corporate Finance
• Business ReOrg
• Real Estate
• (Corporate Real Estate, Fund Structures)
• IPOs

***Experience in all the above areas not essential, with ongoing training provided***

Requirements

• You will be Corporate Tax Associate with 3PQE +
• Proven experience and interest working a range of matters
• Open to those from Top 200 UK, City, Global & Big 4 Firms
