• Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 pa (Depending on Experience)
• Car Allowance: £5,000 pa

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Associate Director to join a growing tax team during an exciting period of expansion. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Manager or a professional with a strong background in corporate tax advisory, looking to step into an Associate Director position. The successful candidate will work on a varied portfolio of clients with complex tax affairs, ensuring excellent client service and identifying further work opportunities.

Day to Day of the role:

• Lead the delivery of premium corporation tax compliance services as the main point of contact for a client portfolio.
• Provide clear, concise, and technically accurate tax advice on a range of issues relevant to client business risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Assist in building an external network of peers and maintain an understanding of the firm’s capabilities and general business and economic factors relevant to our clients.
• Support business development activities in the region, working closely with partners and directors across service lines.
• Liaise with colleagues in other departments to provide a high-quality service to clients and identify tax-related risks and opportunities.
• Embrace continual improvement in skills, knowledge, and capability for the benefit of clients and personal development, while coaching junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• CTA qualification is preferred, or proven tax advisory experience.
• Strong corporate tax compliance experience in preparing and reviewing tax computations.
• Comprehensive corporate tax technical knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated tax advisory experience in technical matters.
• Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio.
• Interest in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
• Significant previous experience operating at Manager level or similar, or demonstrable skills for an Associate Director role.
