This top 50 Law firm with offices Nationwide is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to broaden the firm's technical legal expertise and commercial acumen, and to enhance their offering to clients for private corporate M&A transactions. The vacancy is based in Manchester City Centre with Hybrid working on offer.

Role Overview

You will join this top 50 law firm which provides a comprehensive range of legal services, with a particular focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.

Candidate Profile

  • Manage a workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, funds, fund managers, investee companies and their management teams, partnerships and individuals
  • Create and deliver excellent technical communications and advice to colleagues, clients and stakeholders
  • Attend, manage and represent Clients or the Firm at required meetings
  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of transactional and corporate documents.
