Responsibilities:

• Lead the provision of accounting services, encompassing corporate tax returns and special services for a portfolio of clients with annual fees exceeding £150,000.
• Supervise and oversee the completion of audit assignments, covering controls, systems, and planning, with occasional on-site client visits.
• Conduct a meticulous review and finalization of audit files for partner review.
• Prepare projections, forecasting information, and manage complex accounting processes, including consolidations.
• Ensure adherence to company secretarial processes and advise clients on their responsibilities.
• Efficiently manage budgets and compliance for clients, overseeing the billing process.
• Manage and develop client relationships, including regular client contact by phone, emails, and meetings.
• Awareness of business development including representing the firm at networking events.
