This is a newly-created opportunity that has come about due to the continued year-on-year growth of our client's Corporate law department.

The firm is a highly-regarded national firm with multiple offices across the South West of England. Corporate is the firm's largest team and they are looking to hire a Senior or Managing associate to join and work with an impressive list of corporate and private equity clients.

You will work closely with Partners, advising clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters including M&A, PE, JV and group developments.

This exciting role can be tailored to the skills and interests of the successful candidate, and you will be actively encouraged and supported in building your own business within the firm to move towards Partnership. Progression is very much available for the person appointed to this role, to Equity Partnership if desired or Legal Director is also an option.

The firm also has one of the best flexible working policies in the market in place, allowing Lawyers to work from any of their offices across the UK, and also to work from home for the majority of the week if desired. They also offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
