Your new role
Recruiting for a distinguished professional body that has been at the forefront of advancing nursing practice, education and policy. The Corporate Relations Deputy Manager, plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships between the union and corporate entities. The process involves both new business development and the management of existing partnerships. You will use your knowledge of sponsorship and partnerships to generate maximum commercial income for the union. Other duties include:

• Identify and prospect potential corporate partners aligned with the union\'s mission
• Explore opportunities for funding and sponsorship
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to attract new partnerships
• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers
• Nurture existing corporate relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Monitor partnership performance and address any challenges.

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to the overall organisational strategy related to corporate partnerships
• Align partnership goals with the organisation\'s mission and objectives
• Explore innovative ways to maximise mutual benefits.

Program Delivery

• Work closely with internal teams to execute partnership programs
• Coordinate events, campaigns and joint initiatives

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Proven track record in a commercial income-generating role.
• Understanding of governance and regulations related to corporate partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with organisational goals
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
