An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join this friendly and very well established law firm based in the heart of South West London.

Duties as follows:

  • To meet and greet clients both on the phone and face to face (previous switchboard experience would be useful)
  • To manage incoming and outgoing post
  • To archive files including arranging for files to be retrieved from storage if required
  • Photocopying as and when required
  • To ensure stationery items are well stocked at all times
  • To undertake general administrative duties as required
  • To accurately type up attendance notes if required
  • To ensure the reception area is kept tidy and to arrange for refreshments for the meeting rooms if required.
  • To take copies of identification in the form of passports from clients for compliance purposes

My client is looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills who will make a professional first impression for clients entering into the reception area.

An articulate and polite candidate, ideally with experience within professional services.

There will be some very basic administrative duties on an ad-hoc basis as and when required.
