Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Programme Manager to work within Wakefield Council. This role is hybrid so you must be local or willing to travel to the area.

Job Purpose

They are looking for client side project management experience on a variety of construction projects (public sector/experience of working on a varied corporate estate preferred but not essential) (preferably not housing), buildings surveying background would be preferred but other construction disciplines worthy of consideration.

Experience of working with client to develop projects from inception including developing briefs and business cases. Experience of direct staff management as well as multi disciplinary appointed design teams to deliver design, tender and contract administration of the construction projects. As a unit we provide technical support to our internal client departments acting as a critical friend. Experience of contract management and managing multi disciplinary design team relationships JCT/NEC forms of contract is essential.
