QC Legal are looking for a Corporate Lawyer at 2+ PQE to take their career to the next level. We invite you to join an engaging team as a pivotal member, contributing to a diverse array of corporate endeavours. You will be primarily focused on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and various corporate transactions, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, offering invaluable insights into corporate governance. This opportunity is open to lawyers based in Cumbria, Kendal or Newcastle.

Ideal Candidate:

  • We seek a driven individual with a flair for transactions, equipped with a pragmatic mindset and adept at fostering meaningful client relationships. 
  • You will have at least 2 years’ qualified experience with a stellar track record. 
  • You will have achieved at least a 2:1 at Undergraduate level at a reputable firm.
  • You will be ready to embrace the supportive atmosphere of our client, where your growth is nurtured, and your influence on team dynamics is significant.
