Corporate Immigration Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has emerged within this Legal 500 ranked immigration department, based in the heart of London.

They are seeking a proficient and confident Solicitor with a genuine interest in Corporate & Personal Immigration, looking to advance their career in this dynamic field.

About the Role

• The ideal candidate will have experience representing multinational corporations transferring employees across various jurisdictions, high-net-worth clients, skilled migrants, innovators, and individuals seeking UK Expansion.
• Proficiency in areas such as British Nationality, EEA nationals, ILR, residency, spouse/fiancé visas, and Global Talent applications is highly desirable.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse range of immigration matters, including:
• Sponsor Licence applications.
• Skilled Worker Visas & Compliance.
• Advising businesses ranging from SMEs to FTSE 250.
• Representing Tier 1 'high-net-worth' clients.
• Managing entry clearance, extension applications, and settlement processes.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding UK immigration matters and leading client relationships.
• Managing various caseloads for different clients.
• Providing technical advice on legislation to clients, assignees, and third-party vendors.

Candidate Requirements:

• To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious Corporate Immigration Lawyer with a keen interest in career progression in this sector.
• Additionally, you should possess strong billing history and business development skills.
• Excellent networking and communication abilities.
• Experience in generating new business (preferred).
• Applicants must be located in the City of London.
