Corporate Finance Solicitor

Our client is a leading Scottish law firm with an outstanding reputation which provides comprehensive legal advice across all business sectors. Due to growth, they now seek a Corporate Finance Solicitor to join their well-established Corporate Finance Team in Edinburgh.

In this role, you will work on broad range of corporate finance transactions, with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients including private equity houses, banks, and fund managers.

You will advise on transactions involving sectors such as energy or food and drink. You will actively participate in business development and work closely with colleagues from Banking and Restructuring teams.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance transactions, ideally gained in a reputable local or international law firm
  • Excellent academic background
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Top notch technical skills
