Our client, one of the North East’s leading firms of accountancy and business advisors and named one of the top financial advisers in the region, is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to advise clients at all stages of their lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities as Corporate Finance Senior Manager will include:

• Advising clients on raising growth capital, re-financing, acquisitions and disposals
• Producing business plans and valuations
• Identifying buyers and acquisition targets
• Preparing financial models
• Leading transactions

• Identifying buyers and acquisition targets
• Preparing financial models
• Leading transactions

As Corporate Finance Senior Manager you will need:

• A strong track record in Corporate Finance, ideally gained in accountancy practice or a Corporate Finance boutique, managing transactions and people
• Private Equity (PE) or Debt Advisory experience advantageous
• Professional qualification - ACA/equivalent, perhaps with specialist Corporate Finance accreditation(s)
• Outstanding relationship building, communication, negotiation and client service skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Robust financial modelling and numerical skills - IT skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• A high standard of commercial and economic awareness

• Salary c.£58,000 + attractive bonus + pension + benefits
