The role:

• Performing research analysis (company and market).
• Meeting potential buyers and sellers.
• Producing company valuations and bid books.
• Professional networking.
• Approaching buyers and sellers.

This is a very busy and varied role where no day is ever the same.

The candidate:

The successful candidate will have some m & a experience, possess a commercial mindset and enjoy networking and meeting people. You must be driven and possess strong analytical and communication skills. A Masters or relevant industry qualification are a must.
